In the beginning there was nothing, perfection. For there to be something perfection had to become imperfect. This is the function of 93, the value of DIVIDE and UNITY, two illusions that make possible manifestation.

The original division of nothing has its resonances in all forms of time and space; if this were not true, if the delineation of the original creation does not echo throughout all life on Earth then the concept of the creation being used is erroneous.

What is true at the beginning of time(=93) must be true now: and must manifest in all forms of universal Law.

In the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word is God ELOHIM. This is a three pole name that is a primitive form of II:76. Imperfection must be kept in existence for manifestation to occur and that imperfection is kept in manifestation by 93 = UNITY DIVIDE TIME MOTHER VIRGIN NATURE COILING, all are 93 by EQ.

Manifestation continually goes further and further away from perfection by the diversity demanded by 93, and so more and more complex forms exist and will exist. Life must exist because it can’t, it shouldn’t therefore it must, this is a fundamental principle of 93, Unity by Denial.

　

SCORPIO=93

It is the time when the moon is in the burning way between 15' Libra and 15' Scorpio when events are weighed against a feather in the Judgement Hall of Osiris and are found wanting. Nothing can be predicted at this time as all things go awry then.

The menstrual bleed in woman, the effect of the moon on tides, and by far the most interesting of all as far as we're concerned is that for two days a month this phenomenon rules all our lives. For approximately two days in every month everything goes wrong for everybody. The reflection of the impossibility of creation reaches right down into our ordinary lives and makes events impossible. On that two days it's best to take a sabbatical. If an agreement is made during these two days there is no way it can be ratified, it will go hopelessly wrong. That dinner party you organised that had no hope of success goes swimmingly, or if you expected it to be a success it will go hopelessly wrong. If you set off for Cuba with your missiles all hell breaks loose before you've even got there. The Anglo-Chinese agreement on Hong Kong is another 93 as was Maastricht. These two days are present in every month, as a reflection of creation. It's easy to note them, all one has to do is observe them. The proof of the pudding is in the eating. The rule is that whatever you organise during these two days must take an unexpected direction and will never go as planned. Or on the other hand if the situation is totally impossible and events absolutely cannot take a specific direction and everyone involved expects it to go wrong during these two days they will go right beyond one's wildest dreams, or take a totally unexpected direction. It is easy to prove or disprove this phenomenon, just observe the calendar and watch events, observe the politicians making all kinds of promises and falling flat on their faces. Apollo 13; try and repeat cold fusion, it worked well enough in 93 why the hell won't it work now!

Don't forget everything on these days goes perversly right or perversly wrong but never according to plan. And all this is a reflection of the creation of the universe - not a big bang. The universe happened because it couldn't, humanity happened because it couldn't, life happened because it was impossible, and the whole thing continues because it shouldn't. There isn't one law in Science that doesn't have an exception and that exception will ultimately prove to be far more important than the rule. We all grow old and die but we shouldn't. 93 is everywhere. Nature will always, during the course of its cycles, do something extraordinarily out of character. During these times it is offering the possibility of change, dramatic impossible change.

DO NOT FORMULATE OR ACT ON ANY DECISIONS MADE IN THE 93 PERIOD. THEY WILL EITHER COME TO NOTHING OR GO PERVERSLY WRONG.

SCORPIO=93=TIME, COILING.

In Horary Astrology the part of the Zodiac between 15° Libra and 15° Scorpio is known as the Via Combustia or Burning Way, and if the Moon is found here the chart is declared not radical and discarded, because the future is dangerously unpredictable at this time. In our experience the time period lasts until the end of Moon in Scorpio, and can continue to be dodgy through Sagittarius and into Capricorn where the Moon is in its Fall. However, this can be an interesting period for magickal working with the E.Q.

Scorpio is the factor which ensures that predictions of the future will never come to fruition unless nobody takes any notice at the point of prediction. As soon as the eyes of the public are upon the would-be forecaster Scorpio comes into action and cancels everything. It is the principle that will inevitably bring about something entirely new and unexpected and in some cases unsought. The future is as no-one expects or even dreams

Homeopathic medicine works upon extreme dilution: the less of a substance present the more powerful it becomes, the principle being, "It can't work so it must." This is known as the 93 principle. The progress of nature through time works in the same way, the theory of evolution is patent nonsense which has only survived because it supported industrial society and nobody can think of a better explanation.

Nature too follows the 93 principle. When a species reaches a point in time that it is imperative that it changes in a specific way, the change is immediate. When a bird needed feathers, it was so impossible that it got them, this is 93. Humanity is impossible so here we are. The whole geometry of creation is impossible so here we all are. Everything in nature has 93 in its nature somewhere. The creation is reflected down right through all its systems. The principle of "It can't happen so it must", and "It must happen so it can't", are everywhere getting things going and making things go wrong. This chaos Cosmos creative matrix exists in time as well.

SCORPIO=93=UNITY, DIVIDE.

When the Moon is in Scorpio, the House of Death, events appear to ‘die’ unexpectedly, or at least cease to relate to assumptions based on the past and plans made for the future, but remain isolated in a capsule of non-expressibility.

Not only do plans made at this time go unexpectedly wrong or come to nothing, but it is almost certain that the same subject will come up again next month, and the pattern will continue according to anything but the original ideas of the planner. Things that one is really enthusiastic about at this time will become subjects of indifference or even be forgotten when the Moon has moved on, and will only reawaken at the next Moon in Scorpio.

During this period nothing can be predicted, planned, decided, or anticipated. Events go perversely wrong in the most unpredictable way. Examples from the international stage include: the two wars in Iraq which were both started in Scorpio, with disastrous results; the Cuba crisis which started in Scorpio when it was just as well the Americans didn't know that Cuba had nuclear weapons and would have used them had the Bay of Pigs invasion succeeded; the takeover of Hong Kong by China happened in Scorpio as did the preliminary diplomatic meetings, and the capitalism of Hong Kong has taken over China. None of these events ran according to the plans and expectations of those involved, and the list is endless.

SCORPIO=93=MOTHER, VIRGIN.

Scorpio is the astrological sign of the Zodiac occupied by the Sun during the autumn months of October and November. (The attribution of the seasons to the Sun’s passage through the Zodiacal signs is derived from the agricultural year as experienced in England, the source of the language of the Book of the Law, and in western temperate zones generally.) At this time of year the harvest is gathered, ripe fruit and viable seeds are released by the plants which then appear to die. SCORPIO=93 is thus the paradoxical means by which life proceeds. In human physiology the 93 phase is represented by the menstrual flux. Scorpio thus unites and divides, it is both an ending and a beginning.

We repeat and emphasize that while the Moon is in Scorpio, nothing can be predicted, planned, decided, or anticipated. Understanding 93 is the cornerstone of Thelemic Magick.
