THE BIG BANG

It is silly to suggest that The Universe was created from a big bang because without space and time there was nothing around to have a big bang in! One must first produce a theory for space and time, where the hell did they come from? In the beginning there must have been absolutely nothing, a concept that can be only poetic because there is no concept in Science that can delineate nothing. The origins of the Universe can only ever be described poetically because at the creation of the universe only poetry existed. Nothing and a poem. The Greek idea of nothing as all potential rather than the English idea of nothing as the absence of things. A nothing that was all potential, this is a concept of nothing that is foreign to science and yet is the cornerstone of most religious mystical systems like the Hindu Vedas and Jewish qaballa. Common to these systems is the idea that nothing divided itself.

In more cultured times nothing was conceived as a goddess, and this goddess divided herself, one of the earliest recensions of this was that of Isis and Nepthys, later resumed in Eve and Lilith. Nothing became two negatives. It matters little what the fundamental negativity originally was because to comprehend it we must become it, and we can’t. However it is agreed by most systems that nothing divided for Love’s sake. Love in this sense means the tendency to unite through similarity or singularity. In physics and Maths if you multiply a negative by a negative you get a positive. To suggest that physical laws existed at the moment of creation is silly because there was nothing to define those laws. It as is silly to say that there were scientific laws as it is to say that the origins of creation according to the Bible are viable.

In the beginning there was nothing and there would still be nothing unless that nothing had a

tendency to be something other than nothing. This suggests that nothing must have some quality or property, which is a contradiction in terms and yet it must be true because were here and some of us are having a good time. The ultimate divinity must have been nothing with the possibility of becoming something, and that seems to be as close as we can get to the beginning of things. If nothing is to become something, that something must still have the quality of nothing, or the complete absence of phenomena, that is negativity. Only poetry can exist in these regions, phenomena and the rule of law do not exist. Only nothing and the potentiality to be less than nothing - negativity. The negative to the minds of the Ancients was easily defined as the feminine principle, the Goddess. Before the advent of science everything was regarded as being alive and somehow accountable. The negative to them was therefore conceived as a Goddess. All things lived and had either a benefic or malefic influence. The beginning of creation to them is always described using living beings. Thus Nothing the supreme Goddess divided herself for some reason or another, that reason must initially have been very simple and yet capable of the greatest complexity, that something is was and always will be Love.

The power of love is reflected in mankind, all the activities of humanity are inspired by the love of something or another. Love is intrinsic to the nature of creation. It is the basis of reproduction and manifestation. The Goddess nothing divided for love’s sake into two further Goddess’s but this time instead of having no charge they are negatively charged. These two goddess’s united again to produce a fourth entity God. When dealing with basic phenomena like creation it is wisest to look at the most simple physical processes for guidelines. In physics a negative multiplied by a negative gives a positive, and it is interesting to note that a positive in any equation cannot produce a negative without the intervention of a negative quality. This proves the superiority of the female, or at the very least proves that she was around before God.

Now comes the possibility of a big bang because we now have the building blocks of atoms or energy tending towards change. Two negative forces of unknown magnitude contracting in on themselves until they leave negative existence and create space and time, a bit like the other side of a black hole. Their unity creates a positive force that is instantly repelled by this immense negativity expands outwards. To all intents and purposes this positive force defines God. Religion says that this god was lonely and complained to the Goddess’s who created him so they united again and gave him a son. This is the basis of Christianity. The way they did this is interesting, in that their yonis united in a Kiss, a phenomena that is celebrated to this day. It was said in the Mystery Schools that the original Goddess gave her daughter sexuality by a Kiss and that the sex organs of a woman, the labia etc are the imprint of the Goddess’s lips, and that people when they love each other express that love by kissing each others lips as a race memory of the Creation.
