METHODS#2

METHODS OF THE QABALLA

1. Words phrases sentences etc having the same numerical value as other words phrases paragraphs etc are both talking about the same subject.

2. The initials of sets of words give the empirical meaning of the words series.

3. The addition or subtraction of any number from another number will give the meaning of that number + or - the quality of that number that has been added or subtracted.

4. The reward of a word is the numerical value of that word reversed.

5. Each letter of the Alphabet has an individual meaning. The construction of words is dependent on the values of each letter for the inner meaning of the word.

6. To count well the value of each letter of one word is added to each letter of another word to give the totality of the meaning of the expression.

7. To find the word of a word simply add 34 to any word and check the new numerical value against words etc of the same value.

8. To find the real meaning of a word or name start with the first letter and add each subsequent letter and divine the meaning through the numerical value. Continue to add the letters and delineate the meaning until all the letters are included, then synthesise the whole meaning from the attributes developed by the letters.1. The word UNIVERSE=131. In Greek Qaballa this is the value of Pan=All. UNIVERSE=131=SUPREME, SERPENT, O PROPHET. The universe is supreme and has always been symbolised as a serpent. O prophet is a little more difficult but what could be the ultimate prophet of O or nothing but everything, that is the universe.

This method can be used to derive collective ideas for instance do the Sun and all the planets add up to a significant number and does that number have any significance in other Qaballas. The value of the planets + the Sun and Moon = 813. This is the value of ARARITA in Hebrew and means that God is one, the three in one. In EQ 813 means the infinite8 is one1 in 3 forms. 1=ONE=WOMAN. The great divergence between the two systems is that the Hebrew system says the supreme deity is a man and Al says she is a woman. This is a theme insisted upon time and time again in Al. That the Supreme deity is Female in principle and Male in action. If we subtract the value of the Sun=36 from 813 we get 777 - the Three Faces of the Goddess, the three graces. SUN=36=MAN from this one must consider the nature of Man and the nature of the Sun as being one and the same. The Sun is outwardly masculine and inwardly feminine, just as man is consciously male and unconsciously female.

The number 42 is interesting, it is the value of KISS, BLOOD, CROSS, STAR. These symbols are the cornerstone of Christianity yet they are by no means simple to interpret. The words BLOOD CROSS STAR and KISS are interchangeable ‘‘I peck at the eyes of Jesus as he hangs upon the (BLOOD CROSS STAR KISS).’’’’The Servants of the STAR BLOOD CROSS KISS and the Snake. ’’Jesus hanging on the BLOOD suggests that Jesus was part of a bloodline. Jesus hangs upon a Star but which star? he was Jewish so we could suppose the Star of David which is a 6 pointed star having the nature of the Sun 6=LAW EQ. The Solar system obeys the law of the Sun. Jesus represents the law of the Sun, this law is resumed in the nature of the unfertilised egg in menstrual blood. When Christ was born the three wise men followed a Star to his birthplace, it will be seen later that the birth and life of Jesus reflect the creation and purpose of life on Earth. He was crucified on a cross=42. He was said to have been the source of a bloodline that gave rise to all the Royal Families of the world this is where the ideas of Royal blood and bloodlines generally descend from. Kings were considered to be of the nature of God because they claimed to be part of Jesus’ bloodline. The word of a king was the word of God, the laws of a king were considered to be God given and kings became a law unto themselves. But why KISS=42. When one considers the nature of Jesus, what he has given to the world it would be aptly described as a kiss. A kiss removes pain gives joy to the recipient, it resolves conflict and causes peace. It is the seal of love - a kiss. So to say that Christ was crucified upon the seal of love wouldn’t be far wrong because the Cross of Jesus was the seal of his love for mankind. To the Son of God the ordeal of the Cross was nothing more than the ecstasy of a kiss that he gave to the world. ‘‘This shall regenerate the world the little world my sister unto whom I send this kiss.’’ The kiss is the blood of Jesus.

The initials of words that go to form a series such as a sentence or paragraph will give the essential nature of the statement.

THEN SAID THE PROPHET UNTO THE GOD=418 24 5 24 26 17 24 11 =131. The number 418 resonates throughout the Book. One of the meanings of 418 when 8=0 or infinity 41=WHOLE therefore 418=Infinite Whole or the Whole41 of infinity or Nothing. The universe is the expression of this infinite whole therefore it is hardly surprising that the initials of the sentence should give 131=UNIVERSE. The expression O AZURE LIDDED WOMAN is another interesting system. AZURE LIDDED=131=UNIVERSE. AL the initials of the expression and the initials of the statement are the first three letters of the alphabet. 0ALW=0123 and 123 is the value of I AM NUIT. (Counted well AZURE LIDDED=718 Infinite Venus(=71) or Nuit(=78) is a woman 1.)

What is NUIT with HAD removed 78-11=67. 78=FIRE=NUIT 67=FLAME. Therefore without

HAD NUIT is just a flame therefore HAD must be burnt by the flame to give the fire of NUIT. HADIT-NUIT=20=B=GLAD. Hadit’s function is to GO unto NUIT. When HADIT becomes NUIT, Nuit is Hadit with GLADNESS. GOD=24 GODDESS=65 65-24=41. The Goddess has a component that makes her WHOLE. It is a God’s function to become WHOLE. All Gods can say is ‘I WILL BE’ whereas the Goddess can say ‘I AM’ because she is whole. Another way of expressing it is through man and woman. MAN=36 = 9 illusion (Yesod) WOMAN=46 = 10=1 unity or whole. It is the formula of ‘Do what thou wilt’ that makes one whole or the whole of the law. THE LAW=YONI. What is the difference between MAN & GOD 36-24=12. Man has within him the Zodiac 12. God does not. He has transcended the Zodiac.

What is the difference between GODDESS and MAN 65-36=29. GODS=29. The Goddess has the Gods within her. 29=SKY. In other words man is an illusion because THE SKY contains everything. The Goddess contains everything. The number 71 is the value of VENUS if we reverse the number we get 17=HAWK. What then is the difference between Venus and the Hawk 71-17=54=SNAKE, SET. Venus without the Hawk is a SNAKE or SET. It is strange to think that there is a HAWK concept in VENUS but then she always runs away until she catches you. She stands off and then attacks or as it is said ‘‘Lurk! Withdraw! Upon them!’’ WAR=16 =1=ONE=WOMAN 6=LAW. WAR is the law of woman. As a result no doubt of competing for her favours. The wishy washy view of woman has been constructed as a result of removing the Scarlet Woman from the history books. When woman realises that the Scarlet Whore is her intrinsic nature, an aspect of woman that in the New Aeon will awake again, woman will again be a force to be reckoned with.

REWARD=YONI. The reward of Ra Hoor Khut(=97) is ABRAHADABRA(=79). The reward of NUIT=78 =87=BEYOND, EIGHT, GREEN, MONTHLY etc. The reward of Nuit is BEYOND and EIGHT 8=0 or Nothing. The Goddess gives the greenness of Nature, this suggests that she is the complementary colour to green and that is RED. ‘‘The five pointed Star with a circle in the middle and the circle is red.’’. MONTHLY suggests the monthly menstrual bleed of woman is the reward of the Great Goddess. This concept is further underlined by the representation of the Goddess on Earth that is the Scarlet Woman. The Reward of THE STAR 95 = 59 =YONI, WHEEL. The Star is found in all three sections of the tree, she is in the 93 section pouring blessing from the Top of the tree onto the roots, or Heaven upon the world. Her reward is YONI, this is what she gives to her worshippers or the WHEEL of life and its true meaning. There is a great mystery in this that is beyond the scope of a book to explain that it conceals a very powerful magickal formula. The reward of 93 is 39=MARS or AUM the source of all energy in creation also YOU=39 and you are also the bearer of all the energy in creation on a microcosmic scale. In the lower worlds Mars tends towards destruction as indeed 93 does (SCORPIO). The Moon in Scorpio 93 destroys events just as Sun in Scorpio destroys growing things in Nature. It is unwise to begin anything when the Moon is in Scorpio as it will destroy the event. However magical work particularly with Al is unusually productive at these times as there is a link through the planes caused by Tahuti. The reward of woman 46 = 64=ROBE and WHEELS perhaps this will shed light on the single robe of : It is interesting to note that the reward of Isis is BABALON in other words the Yoni of Isis is Babalon and the Yoni of Babalon is Isis. Another mystery of great practical importance in magick. Words having the same value both ways are their own reward. LOVE=44, CIRCLE, ECSTASY=88.

THE ANALYSIS OF A WORD

Any word in the class A’s can be analysed according to the letters that go to compose it to find out what the essential nature of the word or name is. For instance the name Babalon ‘‘The woman

clothed with the Sun’’ is the traditional interpretation but what does the name mean in EQ.

B=20 The root number of manifestation 200.

BA=21=M The initial of Mary Magdalene etc.

BAB=41=Whole=Her.

BABA=42=STAR=BLOOD=CROSS=KISS.

BABAL=44=LOVE=FOLLY.

BABALO=51=ONES =ONE=WOMAN S=root of Mars.

BABALON=65=WATER=WINE=WISDOM PRIESTESS. In EQ She is the woman of the Cross and Star and Blood whose nature is LOVE. She is complete, she is wisdom, she is Babalon. This interpretation is somewhat more comprehensive than the traditional interpretation. BAPHOMET is another entity of whose nature much has been written but little understood.

B=20=root of manifestation.

BA=21=M=of the nature of the great M.

BAP=47=EGG=GLORY=STARS.

BAPH=51=BED=ADORE=ONES.

BAPHO=58=HADIT=LIBRA=HOUSE.

BAPHOM=79=ABRAHADABRA=HEAVEN.

BAPHOME=104=SECRET=WONDERFUL=HOOR PA KRAAT.

BAPHOMET is the Egg in perfect balance, the secret whose nature is 79, who is secret, the mysterious one containing ART (in the egg). The Egg can contain anything it is a symbol of life in the making, the mystery. Baphomet is symbolised with all the attributes of nature. The Egg has all the attributes of nature. It is life in potential, ready to be born. Baphomet is (II) and Hoor Pa Kraat combined and is at once secret and apart as the divine will to go.

NUIT

N is the root letter of Death (NUN).

NU=31=SOUL=TO=WORK.

NUI=44=LOVE=FOLLY=PLAY.

NUIT I can’t think of a more apt description of division for love’s sake! LOVE=NUI T=GOD. Nuit has in her nature the love of God, she manifests in Man as the love of God. This is her name known to man ‘‘My name’’ MY=36=MAN.

HADIT is the infinitely small particle, the disturbance in an infinity of nothing, the stain on eternity.

H=4 The four elements Jehovah etc.

HA=5=S The root of matter the wave the smallest particle of matter.

HAD=11=G Two ones or two women two negative forces. Then HA=5 D=6 HA is the pentagram and D=LAW. The law of the pentagram.

HADI=34=LEO=FOOL. Energy power fire, the will to be.

HADIT=58=LIBRA Balance. Hadit in EQ is the root of matter having the Law of the pentagram for its nature and the substance of the fool and Leo. The balanced but implacable will to be the Bee.

MAGICK

M=21 The Goddess in her three forms 3x7=21.

MA=22=X The ordeal of Al.

MAG=33=SWORD The weapon of analysis.

MAGI=56=ISIS The word of Nuit. 56=RULE.

MAGIC=69=DANGER=LEFT=GLADNESS.

MAGICK=78=NUIT=HEAVEN. The art of magick then is a dangerous art involving the winning of the ordeal X or is the nature of the ordeal X by analysis of Nuit to find the rule of Isis. MAN+MAGICK=114=SPLENDOUR.

THE LIGHT IS MINE 117 83 The possessor of a power is 117-83=34. The word of a deity is that entity’s value +34. The word of the law is Thelema=93. THE LAW=59. 93-59=44=LOVE. Crowley said that (II) was the word of the Aeon - it isn’t. Aeon=47+34=81=CHRIST, KHEPHRA. The word of Nothing97 is 97+34=131=UNIVERSE. The word of universe is 131+97= 228 The word of 73 power is 73+34=107=Sun+Venus, VAULT, THE SNAKE. The word of death is 60+34=94 The number that exists on both trees 94=COMETH, DEPART. The word of Jesus-Life 68+34=102=KNOWLEDGE, BEAUTY. That which Jesus preaches is Beauty and Knowledge. Nuit 78+34=112=CERTAIN ‘‘I give certainty not faith while in life..’’ The word of 93 +34=127=EQUINOX.

The word is what the entity will teach you. The reward is what it will give you. (II) is not the word of the Aeon47(II)=79-34=45=I AM, HORUS. (II) is the word of Horus. Simple when you know EQ. The word of Love44 +34=78=NUIT. ‘‘I am divided for love’s sake...’’ Love is the superior power.

With numbers having two digits where the second one is 1 signifies a woman having the nature of the number preceding it thus 71 is the Goddess 7 woman i.e. Venus. Thus we have 11 woman woman of Had, two women resultant in the division for love’s sake of the Goddess. She could only produce another woman because this is a virgin birth so she can only reproduce herself she cannot produce a man. It is only when she beholds herself that she can produce another. The reason for this is that Nuit78 = 7=O 1 8=O both concepts are equal to nothing but if they were a perfect nothing then there would be no manifestation. The fact that nothing can be represented by several numbers indicates that she is not perfect, when she beholds her imperfection she longs for perfection, for what is missing, this creates the Sun and ultimately MAN=36. This number symbolises the Triune3 Law6. The two Goddesses and man = 3. Woman is 46 the law of Quadrature woman, the female demonstrates the law of 4 or the seasons on Earth.

The next number is 21. This is the lion woman symbolised by the strength card in the Tarot, the woman leading the lion 2=TWO=34=LEO 1=ONE=46=WOMAN. Tradition has it that this card represents Mary Magdalene and the Lion of Judea. The number 21 = M EQ. M is the initial of Magdalene. This letter has great significance to occult orders. There has always been a tradition among initiates that each lodge of an initiated order has the initials MMM or MM to conceal the Magdalene connection. The Abrahadabra section in 2:76 also reveals this with MOR or 21 0 12. The R=12 is M21 reversed or < > O< > symbol of the first creation.

Thirty-one is the number of Nu=31. The unity of the woman of the trinity of 1+1+Sun expressed as a woman ‘‘Nu the hiding of Hadit58’’. Hadit is the tree of heaven. 5=S 8=infinity. Hadit is infinitely small. The first form of matter S the wave going in both directions. Hadit is infinite or partakes of Nothing signified by the 8. ‘‘Nu the hiding of Hadit’’ HADIT=58 = S(8) S = nu joined up or NU. Nu is the building block of the idea of creation, the waveform. All matter is ultimately a waveform or an interference in the uniformity of space. Nu conceals Hadit the infinitely small particle is concealed in a waveform Nu the hiding of Hadit. HIDING=81 : 81 is the infinite woman. The concealed one. Nu the ‘‘concealed one’’ of Hadit. Nu cannot be seen and yet she exists. The waveforms of matter cannot be seen because they are smaller than anything that can be used to illuminate them. A waveform must always be used to view another waveform. It is said in 2:3 that ‘‘she shall be known and I never’’. Waveforms are known but the ultimate disturbance in creation that is responsible for manifestation can never be known, if it was then the whole universe would cease to be. The word known as in Greek must be used to interpret this section.

The next woman to consider is 41. The woman who expresses all phenomena dependent on the number 4. The elements, seasons. HER=41=LGMO. She is well and truly in the unmanifest concealed by the light of the Sun. Incidentally the whole of the unmanifest is concealed by the light of the Sun, this is the reason why Christ says that ‘nobody can get to the father except by me’, the way to the unmanifest is via Tiphareth or the Sun. This woman then is the woman of the Cross, the female Christ in the unmanifest that governs nature. The four gives us Birth life reproduction and Death, giving the false idea of sacrifice indicated by the plant dying that the seeds may live. The idea that there is a need for the death of the plants that the harvest may be gathered is resonated hideously by the sacrificed God of Christianity. Jesus never dies, he is not identical with the plant as in Christianity but with the spirit of life. It is the spirit of life that creates the seed, it never changes but goes from form to form. HER=41=SAVE. The idea of a Saviour is implicit in the word SAVE but there is no grace or guilt in this, it is simply the life that gave the plant that gives the seed that SAVES or preserves the species. Christ was only illustrating the manner of life required to preserve life on this planet. He knew that war battle and greed could destroy the world. He as the spirit of life was outraged by man’s behaviour, and came to give the law. The actual crucifixion was only a formality because while in life Christ is always crucified on the Cross of matter. Indeed Jesus is life itself as signified by his number JESUS=68=LIFE.

With the number 51 we meet the woman of the pentagram. 51=ONES i.e. ONE=WOMAN S=5. The number 5=S indicates the serpent or snake. 51 then is the snake woman. THE SNAKE=107=SUN+VENUS. We know that the pentagram is created by the conjunction of Sun and Venus. It takes eight years for them to make the perfect pentagram. The woman of the snake is Kundalini who must purify humanity before she can ascend the body of man and unite with herself in the highest Chakra. She has the task of adjusting humanity, she is seen by humanity as sorrows=51 and sorry=51 because she causes change and death. She can be said to be the universe =SERPENT=131=5, that continuous state of change that is the universe, the provoker and sustainer of SORROWS=51 to all those who resist that change.

In Hebrew the number 61 is equal to AIN or Nothing. In EQ 6=LAW. The woman who has the law concealed within herself. 61=AMEN LOVELY NAME and so on. The word AMEN is amusing because it signifies Hermaphroditic men A=1=WOMAN MEN and means the ultimate end of all things AMEN, that man should have the nature of woman. 61 the law of woman is love, she is the expression of the division for love’s sake. LOVELY=61 well of course the woman who embodies the universal law is going to be lovely and she will express the RULES=61 of existence. She is the secret and most sacred NAME=61 that conceals the law of creation. The number 6 is the symbol of the erect serpent, the universal Kundalini once more united with its source in heaven. The reunion through love of the division, divided for that purpose.

Seventy-one is the number of VENUS=71 the Goddess made manifest in woman is the planet Venus who bestows all the qualities of beauty in astrology. The great Goddess expressed in woman, the woman whose love is eternal. AGELONG=71=FAERY GLOBED HEARTS PILLARS STYLE SURPASS VICE. All these words obviously partake of Venus. Perhaps HEARTS needs some explanation. All hearts express love, even hatred is an expression of love because to hate something vehemently means that you love something else more. The man who hates violence loves peace more. The man who hates injustice is a lover of justice. So hatred in the heart is not actually hatred but love, that is why both love and hatred cause the same warm glow in the heart. When looking at the word HATE in Al it is wise to understand this.

81 is the eternal woman whose word is TRUTH=81 revealed by the STELE=81. She is the ultimate IMAGE=81 that is to be worshipped. It is said ‘‘Set up MY IMAGE in the East’’> MY=36=SUN=MAN. This means setup the ideal image of woman that can be expressed by man, the woman clothed with the Sun is the most beautiful and illuminating of woman. MY IMAGE=117 this is the Kether of manifestation the duality of GEMINI The woman clothed with the Sun. 181=UNUTTERABLE in other words unborn. 81 is the eternal woman 81=HIDING she always conceals her true nature and motives as a human woman seeks to do.

91 the illusion of woman 91=HERSELF. A woman has no self in the way a man has she is an illusion. She will conceal herself with this woman to do the will of the Goddess by being whatever a man wants her to be hence 91=VEILED APPEAR WITHIN all words of this illusory female. The woman of glamour who conceals her true nature by giving an image of herself that is acceptable to man so that she will avail. AVAILETH=91, and yet by this illusion she may provoke dishonesty and therefore may be seen as an OUTCAST=91.Her illusion is of eternal beauty the fresh beauty of spring=91. Reflected in a woman’s desire for eternally youthful beauty. The Goddess has spoken and the 91 woman is the answer to what the Goddess needs ANSWERED=91 as in ‘‘So she answered HIM’’. In this sense SO=12=R the first letter after Zero in 2:76 the first precursor of manifestation. The word SO is + and - combined in S O or the yin-yang symbol that will manifest in the four elements HIM=48 the infinite elements of manifestation.

With the number 101 we have reached the end of the simple concepts of woman. 101 is the symbol of woman and woman divided by the infinity of nothing. The woman divided for love’s sake 101=MISERY the misery of division and yet this division is DIVINE=101=ELEVEN. The division is by the number of ELEVEN as this Qaballa attests. I is the MYSTIC=101 number that is responsible for the beginning of manifestation. It is a voyage of discovery DISCOVER=101 i.e. MYSTIC from MYSTERY and ACHIEVE=101 as in ‘‘Achive Hadit’’. Well then she would wouldn’t she!

111=DIVISION The Three women of humanity including that law of the three, the one who will reveal woman to herself 36=MAN The law6 of 111. Man divides woman from woman and is the instrument of her reunion. DIVIDE=93 UNITY=93. The numbers preceded by a 1 i.e. 11, 12, 13 etc are woman manifesting the power of the subsequent number as opposed to the previous section where that force acts through a woman. She is taking this power from her own nature which is divine but tainted by her humanity or so it would seem to the uninitiated. To the eyes of the Initiate she is merely dancing the dance of life to make our existence on Earth more amusing. The number 16 for example = WAR The Law6 of woman is war? Well of course it is, she is the one that the Suitors eternally fight over.
